HABITS OF THE HEART BIBLE STUDY BEGINS SEPT 7 | 1ST & 2ND THESSALONIANS
Habits of the Heart Bible study is a ministry to women at ZF and the surrounding community. We meet at Zionsville Fellowship Church on Wednesday mornings from 9:15-11:15 AM and in the evenings from 7:00-8:15 PM. Limited childcare will be offered for the morning session. Our time together will vary but can include video and live teaching, singing, and intergenerational small group discussions. Click HERE to register.
Our first semester of study will be in 1 and 2 Thessalonians, The Hope of Salvation, and will begin on September 7th. The second semester begins January 4, and we will dig into the Book of Revelation using the Knowing the Bible study guide. The cost for the entire year is $30, which includes all study materials.
Have you experienced the joy of receiving a letter from someone you dearly love? Maybe the letter came from a loved one you haven’t heard from in a long time? The believers of the suffering church in Thessalonica must have felt this same way upon hearing from the apostle Paul. He introduced them to the gospel of Christ and shared life with them before being torn away due to persecution. Even though these warmly-written pastoral letters were written nearly 2,000 years ago, they still encourage, instruct, and offer words of both hope and warning to the church today. It is a privilege to study and respond to these letters as the very Word of God.
If you have any questions, please email Lynn Eriks or call her at 317-979-8143. Scholarships available. We look forward to seeing you.
Titus Two Ministry
When we reflect on God's Word in Titus 2:3-5, we see God's wisdom on display. Titus unfolds a beautiful and essential picture of intergenerational discipleship. He encourages this life on life ministry through spiritually mature women as they lead by example, teach, and train younger women. To that end, our Titus 2 ministry exists to mentor younger women in the Christian faith, with the hope of helping them fall more in love with God’s Word as they grow in faithfulness.
We are so grateful for the wisdom of one of our Titus 2 women, Joey Chapman. She has been a member of ZF for more than 35 years and recently shared a teaching on the armor of God. Joey has passionately taught this topic numerous times over the years. Click here to listen to her teaching. Click here for her teaching handouts.
Have you ever thought about being a mentor? Have you ever wanted to have a mentor? If so, please email the Women's Ministry Team at email@example.com.
